In light of the current situation with COVID-19, and in keeping with guidance provided by the CDC, WHO and local, regional and national leaders, we have made the decision to cancel the Take a Kid Fishing Tournament scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2020.
At this time, we have every intention of holding the tournament next year during the same time, when we can take advantage of optimal water temperatures and everyone's busy schedules. Please keep an eye out for communications regarding next year's event in the months to come.
As we know, our community, country, and world are experiencing significant disruptions in normal day-to-day activities. Please know that, in the coming days and weeks, FLG continues its mission to be good stewards of the lake, but also to our friends and neighbors, as well.
