NOTICE TO OUR MEMBERS ABOUT FLG EVENTS

In an effort to streamline the process, provide accurate and timely information to our participating venues, and ensure the best experience possible for all attendees, registration for all FLG Member Events* will take place online and must be completed in advance of the actual event. We are unfortunately no longer able to take walk-up attendees. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and look forward to seeing you on the Lake!

To Register for an Event:

  • Individual: Choose this option if you are a single person attending an event by yourself.
  • Group Registration: Choose this option if you are attending with anyone else, including your spouse or partner who is also a Member, or bringing a guest.
* Unless otherwise signed. Does not apply to community service projects or events open to the public, such as lake clean-up or our July 4th fireworks celebration.

It's Gonna Be a Blast!

The 26th annual Friends of Lake Glenville Fireworks Over The Lake will be held on Sunday, July 2nd, 2023, at approximately 9:30 PM!! Let’s gather safely and responsibly in your watercraft or on land to enjoy this always spectacular celebration of our Nation’s Independence. The fireworks will be launched from  our usual spot, The Pointe, just north of Trillium on the west side of Lake Glenville.

Where to Watch:

Great viewing off 107 N along the roadside from near Hamburg Baptist Church south to the pullover/open areas along the lake. Be sure to have your vehicle entirely off the road and mindful of traffic. Kindly adhere to the direction of law enforcement officers in watercraft regarding distance from the shoreline and between boats depending on wind direction.

Funding for Friends of Lake Glenville’s annual fireworks display comes solely from fundraising efforts independent of our membership dues, the generous contributions of our community and corporate sponsors, and donations from individuals just like you! If you, your business, organization, or your HOA would like to support the Fireworks Fund, you can make a donation online! 

Fireworks are held rain or shine, unless dangerous conditions develop, such as lightening. For up to the minute status of the fireworks, “Like” and “Follow” our Facebook Page and look for a post from us around 9 PM on July 2nd.
